At Studio Anviksha, everything is handmade, If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Refund and Return

• We don't facilitate refund , we do provide exchange and return. 
• Request within 7 days of delivery.
• A ₹100 reverse pickup fee to all returns and exchanges.
• International orders are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Store Credit

• Exchange for another product or opt for store credit with lifetime validity, redeemable online or offline.
• ₹99 shipping charge will deducted while providing Store credit.

Manufacturing Defects

• Report defects within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement with photos/videos.
• Defected piece will be replaced free of cost.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
